What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a high-volume HVAC service department
- Manage and schedule service technicians for maximum efficiency
- Hire, lead, and train a team on technical skills and sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication across teams
- Monitor team performance and report results
- Ensure accurate documentation of all service calls
- Stay current on emerging technologies and products
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing a team of home service professionals
- 3+ years of residential HVAC management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to train others
- Positive attitude, high energy, excellent communication, and sales-driven mindset
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
