HVAC Service Technician – Residential

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 / Hour + Commission Opportunities

Top performers are able to make $120,000+ per year

Position Summary

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential settings. You’ll provide top-tier customer service while maintaining a high standard of safety and technical excellence.

 

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

What YOU Will Do:

  • Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
  • Provide strong customer service and communication
  • Attend periodic manufacturer and safety training classes
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs

What YOU Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
  • HVAC degree or equivalent experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors

 

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
  • HVAC degree or technical certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Ability to manage physical labor and jobsite demands

 

Compensation

$25.00 – $40.00 per hour base pay
